2014 will mark the occasion of our third international Special Exhibition program. This year we are pleased to be partnering with the consulates of Argentina, Brazil and Mexico to showcase contemporary photographers working in those countries today. Occurring during National Hispanic Heritage Month, this will manifest as an exhibition at the Woodruff Art Center’s 1280 gallery.
The exhibition is guest curated by the artistic directors/curators of the leading photography festivals from each country: Fest Foto in Porto Alegre, Brazil; Fotoseptiembre in Mexico City, Mexico; and Encuentros Abiertos in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
(Along with the above mentioned festivals, ACP is a member of Festival of Light, an international consortium of 23 photo festivals from all over the globefestivaloflight.net).
Special Thanks to the Woodruff Arts Center, Delta Airlines and Digital Arts Studio for their support.
